Lighting – Energy Efficient, Controls-Friendly and Beyond
In this presentation you’ll learn briefly about the roles of Energy Star and Design Lights Consortium (DLC) and how they help ensure that energy efficient LED luminaires find their way into the marketplace. We’ll also explore, in much greater detail, DLC’s Network Lighting Controls Qualified Product requirements and discuss the variety of benefits and the value controls can deliver.  Lastly, we’ll consider where lighting may be heading in the future.
 

About the Presenter:

Duane is a long-time lighting professional and educator. His presentation and discussion content draw from his nearly 30 years of diverse lighting and business experience with Ruud and Cree Lighting. Duane currently serves as Cree Lighting’s Lead Lighting Educator.
