We are excited to be travelling to Platteville for our April meeting on the evening of Thursday April 25. UW Platteville is hosting our annual scholarship awards meeting. We are shifting the meeting date and time from our normal to allow students and faculty to join us. UW Platteville is the home of the first WAEE student chapter, and they have done a phenomenal job in a short time. Not only will we hear from the student chapter, but we will also learn about UW Platteville’s Sustainable and Renewable Energy Systems Program. If that isn’t enough to get you to join us, we will also hear about and see some of the campus energy efficiency initiatives.

The WAEE board will meet at 3:00 in the Mississippi Room. Anyone interested in learning more about our chapter or getting more involved is welcome to join the board and committee chairs at 3:00.

The meeting is free to WAEE members and $10 for non-members. Registration fee will be collected at the door.

Turn right (north) onto County Road D/Business Hwy 151
Take the 2nd left onto County Road D/Chestnut Street
Continue north on County Road D
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Markee Avenue
North on Markee Avenue to Southwest Road
Turn right (east) on Sothwest Road to Hickory Street
Turn left (north) on Hickory Street to UW Platteville on the left
